I hate to give such a bad rating but this is a culmination of mishaps over the past several months. There is absolutely no quality control taught at this location. Their success rate on getting an order right over the past several months has been about 33%, which is horrible especially when considering how expensive it is for fast food. This past experience, my wife and I each order a salad and they didn’t give either of us dressing. My wife ordered Diet Coke and they gave her Dr Pepper. When we approached to have order corrected it took several minutes for any staff to even acknowledge us and they were not busy. I frequent this location because it is close to my house but after this last experience I am done with this location!!!

Highly recommend this place for fast service and friendly staff. Kim is amazing.

It is hard to imagine customer service every time it is excellent. they have to have a great process of recruitment

I always have a pleasant experience at Chick-fil-A and my food is always hot and fresh
