This would be 5 stars,because for the most part the cooks do a great job. Food is priced well, prepared well and usually hot. But the lady that answers the phone and attends the counter is horrible. She's just not friendly or Professional. Please don't ask her a question, her dislike for you grows right before your eyes. I wanted a receipt and she gave me the store copy. She's hurting your business because I'd like to be treated with kindness if I'm spending my money there. That club sub was delicious but the service upset my stomach. Replace her or train her

2nd location me and the family have tried. This place is the truth. The staff was great .Definitely gonna be a regular place to eat . Can't wait to be able to sit and eat at the restaurant.

My wife and I dined in today and the food was great! I had the catfish shrimp with fried okra squash. My wife had the flounder, fried okra squash. The ladies were very courteous and nice. We?ll be paying them another visit when we come back to Charlotte. Keep up the good work!!

Not everyone can fry chicken. hubby and I stopped to grab a bite to eat. OMG.... ???????????? We both got the whole 4 wings with 2 sides. I got fried okra and fried squash. Yes sir/yes ma'am delicious ???????????????????????? Husband had same wings 2 sides of hush puppies. We got our money's worth and some. We will most definitely come back.

I was hauling asphalt to a job just down the street. Looked like I could get around the building in my dump truck, so I called my order in like Shante W. Plenty of room to drive around the building in the dump truck. My order was just about done when I walked in. I ordered the chicken tenders box with fries and okra. I figured that would be easy to eat while driving. It was so much food the lid didn't want to stay closed on the plate. There was enough food for two people. It was good and it was hot. The next time I am in this area, I will probably try this place again. The people working were great. Polite and friendly.
