Chicken Salad Chick - Charlotte

This was My first time trying Chicken Salad Chick. The food was great! I did not give 5 stars, because of what I observed while placing my order. The manager took my order (on my ticket, her name is Sarah . She was extremely rude to her staff and it affected how she Interacted with me. As I approached the counter I witnessed her responding to a staff member in a very rude tone and she said something along the lines of “I don’t know how many times I have to say it” in front of the entire restaurant. Also, she didn’t greet me, Instead she asked “what can I get you?” I am pointing this out, because I witnessed her greet the customer before me with so much warmth. I share this to say she ruined the atmosphere. Staff do not work for you, they work for a company. You have absolutely no right to speak to anyone the way that you did, and to do so in front of customers makes me believe you do so often. I can only imagine how she talks to staff members when customers aren’t around… it’s probably worse! Anywho, I will NOT be back to this location. Good food though!! :

I pride myself on being a tough food critic, and it’s not easy to impress me, but this restaurant truly nails it. Right now, I'm hooked on one particular flavor, but I look forward to exploring more of the menu!

I love this place. I still haven't tried all the different varieties of chicken salad but I am halfway there. The melt with the sassy chicken salad is my favorite meal so far and if you are really hungry you can make it a trio combo with the melt, an extra scoop of chicken salad, and a side. They will let you get a sample of the chicken salad before you buy which is a plus since they offer such a great variety.

Food was good. It was however disappointing that the front of house was so dirty. We were there just as they opened, but they obviously didn't clean the tables or floor after service the previous day or before they opened.

Chicken Salad Chick's chicken salad is top-notch, especially Dixie Chick and Barbie-Q. Dixie Chick is savory, while Barbie-Q offers a smoky, tangy kick. The friendly employees provided excellent service, making our takeout experience pleasant and seamless. Delicious flavors and great customer service make it a favorite spot.
