Contribuisci feedbackThe service was average. The food was good, but I was really hoping for the indoor playground to be open. After all, it seems strange to let kids run around inside the restaurant where there are germs, but not allow them to play in the indoor playground. Our son was quite disappointed that we couldn't play inside. We ended up taking our food to go, but when we arrived at the nearby outdoor playground, they forgot our salad dressing. A salad without dressing is pretty lackluster, to say the least.
I've tried and tried, but I can no longer deal with the Rivergate location. I'm not sure of what changed and when, but they have been NOTORIOUS for messing up my orders. On at least 2 occasions, I've ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on the gluten free bunand they literally did not give me chicken fillet!. The bun is always packaged separately and the grilled chicken along with thesandwich toppings are packaged in a separate bowl. All the toppings are there, but there's NO CHICKEN! Most recently we ordered2 breakfast bowls with the grilled fillets and this is what I got ???? I've made complaints and was rewarded for the bad orders,but they still get it wrong! It's not even worth it at this point I'm happy to hear that some of you have had a much morepleasant experience ????
It had been a while since my last visit. When we walked in, no one greeted us or took our order. The staff didn’t engage with us at all. We chose to place our order while waiting in line, alongside others who were also waiting. Unfortunately, when I received my food, I found a piece of hair in my cookie. So, good luck to them.
I have tried multiple times, but I can no longer tolerate the Rivergate location. I'm not sure what has changed, but they have gained a reputation for messing up my orders. On at least two occasions, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on gluten-free bread and received a sandwich with no chicken fillet at all! The bungalow is always organized separately, and the grilled chicken is packed with the sandwich toppings in a different bowl. All the components are there, but there is NO CHICKEN! Recently, we ordered two breakfast dishes that were supposed to come with grilled fillets, but that didn’t happen either. I expressed my concerns and was compensated for the incorrect orders, but they still manage to get it wrong! At this point, it’s simply not worth it. I'm glad to hear that some of you have had a better experience, though.
I really enjoy Chick-fil-A, and their drive-thru system works efficiently. However, I just spent $15 on two orders of chicken strips, and when I asked for honey mustard, they only provided me with one small container for both orders. It seems like someone isn’t doing their job properly. Because of this, I don’t think I’ll be returning, at least not for the honey mustard. Now I have to eat my chicken without any sauce.
