Chili's Grill - Charlotte

The food was... let's just say the pictures speak for themselves. The cheese quesadilla pieces surrounding my salad were strange! They seemed to have been cooked on a flat top or microwaved, resulting in a melted texture that was just odd.

Ambiance - The area could use some improvements. The floors needed to be cleaned and the bathroom required some attention. Overall, it wasn't bad enough for me to leave, but it was noticeable enough to mention.

Lazaria offers a fantastic atmosphere with excellent hospitality! We were promptly seated upon arrival, and the music created a great ambiance. I enjoyed the chicken quesadilla and loaded potato...

This was the third Chili's we visited tonight due to issues with staffing, but I must say that even with a reduced team, the customer service was outstanding! Our server, Naimah, was attentive and friendly, managing to take care of several tables at once. The manager, Kerri, was exceptional and appeared to be one of the hardest working individuals in the restaurant. Kerri greeted us warmly when we arrived and later I saw her working behind the bar, cleaning tables, and seating other guests. I wasn't a fan of this place in the past, but I had a wonderful experience tonight, and I will definitely be returning!

We visited a random Monday in March at 2 a.m. and everything was extraordinary. Service was fast and efficient, lunch specialties were good for the portions. Salad was crunchy and fresh, and burgers were cooked for perfection. We need to be back on a busy day to know safely, but I have nothing but good things to say about my experience.
