Chipotle Mexican Grill - Charlotte

I was at this place a few times and it's always good. the staff has a good mood and eating is at the point.

I ordered food at 2:15 to be picked up at 3:00. I get there a lil late at 3:20 and the food isn't ready and there's no one in line which shows they're not busy. I let the manager know my order isn't up there and she didn't apologize or anything for the lateness of the order and just prints out a receipt while talking to another associate. The other associates makes the food and just throws the salsas in the bag. That bothered me because I've had those break on me before and you can tell she just didn't care. I said thank you and may I have 2 vinaigrettes and still no thank you's or anything. I said thank you again but didn't get any acknowledgment. As someone who has managed restaurants the customer service and urgency is terrible. We live across the street and avoided going to this chipotle for months bc of the last experience we had which wasn't good at all. To try to give them the benefit of the doubt and receive mediocre customer service was very disappointing. Thankfully this time the food was okay but we'll try this one again in a few months if we get desperate. To add to it I worked at a chipotle too and the associate wrapped my burrito and it was busted on the side, about a 2 inch crack. We were trained that if that happens get another tortilla and rewrap it.

Went there for lunch. The place was busy but the line moved quick. The restaurant was clean as well the bathroom. I had good service the workers were nice and helpful with my order. Quick in and out for lunch in a rush I would say good job to the staff.My chicken bowl was great and filling The quest dip and fresh chips were on point. I like the endless drink section. All in all I would say it's a Win. Good job ! Long wait times and terrible customer service. Very close to me but not even worth the frustration and the chips are always stale!
