Chipotle Mexican Grill - Charlotte

Super busy location, they need more staff. The Tordash and Uber drivers were deeply lined on a Wednesday night 8-10, and the 3 working the line could not stop. Obviously they need an area. When I ordered, I counted 10 to go to orders that need to be filled. It took me forever to get my bowl and I'm sure that the thing that the man tries to fill our orders and go did his best. The food was really good, although the mild tomatoes salsa was much too spicy, and I like a mild spice. The steak was super boiled, like the chicken, really good season. Rice was well cooked, acid cream had all kinds of scrap in it probably because they were busy. Cheese was perfect, black beans perfect. Check-out took a while when the girl, the cash registration ran constantly to go orders before the line. Totally ineffective and crazy process causes unnecessary additional steps of employees I felt bad for her. The employees had a great attitude, although they were busy, and got my order right. They were made of fajita veges and chips so that could not order, boo! I'm probably going back, but not in the evening. The exit area could be separated with a person performing orders, 1 to line customers. That would be so efficient!

I'll get NIE order from this chipotle back on door taps. Especially there are two chickens. Secondly, there is literally no cheese. On the other tacos there is no cheese or salad. You literally played in my food. Either the ingredients are completely missing or very stingy with them. That makes no sense at all

Order online as walk-in orders were not allowed. But vey disappointed as I came home and opened food but has dust inside the box. I trashed out the box. Really disappointed.

Food was fine, though not phenomenal. Service was OK, but not exceptional. They are very busy hurried with mistakes likely. Particularly when they are mixing call in orders with people standing in line. Seems like better order management would be appropriate. We were in a substantial line and then when we got to the front had to wait for a sizeable call in order to be filled before we were even acknowledged. No recognition from the counter until they had completed the previous task one track mind, I guess. The food itself was good, but I must not know the idiosyncrasies of their processes. I ordered a burrito bowl not realizing that you have to request the tortilla. From the pictures not much to look at. Even for take out presentation leaves something to be desired.

Paid $11 for some rice I guess. Barely any corn, or salsa (spicy) one and half chunk of meat. Made by to pickup person around 4:30PM on 04-24-2022. Usually good but this order would make anyone feel like they got ripped off
