Chipotle Mexican Grill - Charlotte

I have never had a quesadilla as dry as the one I received at this restaurant. The tortilla was burned and despite asking for double rice, it was not included. There seemed to be no care or effort put into preparing my meal, which was disappointing. It is frustrating to find people who do not take their job seriously. Additionally, there was no cheese inside the quesadilla. I work hard and do not deserve this kind of treatment. The restaurant needs to reconsider their hiring decisions. When I tried to call and complain, I could never reach a live person. After working a 12-hour shift with only a 30-minute lunch break, this quesadilla made my day feel even longer.

After reading mixed reviews of the nearby Chipotle, I decided to visit the closest location. I waited in line to order four Burrito Bowls, only to be disappointed by the lack of fresh veggies and the dried up remnants in the pans. When I inquired about the closing time, I was told they closed at 10pm, even though it was only 7:22pm. Feeling dissatisfied with the options available, I chose to find dinner elsewhere.

I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. The staff here is extremely rude and only gave me half of the normal serving size of food! This Chipotle used to be the best in Charlotte, but has really gone downhill. I asked for fajita veggies in my order and was told they had run out. I offered to wait while they cooked more, but was told they were completely out. This was at 7:30pm, which is 2.5 hours before closing time. How can they be out of veggies so early? Terrible service. I recommend going to a different Chipotle location. To make matters worse, the person in front of me ordered chips online and did not receive them. When she asked about them, she was told they had run out and she would need to request a refund on the website. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Super disappointing to have to wait 30 minutes over my pickup time (1:10pm) for a mobile order just to get home and discover my food is not even mine. Usually I try to make do but I can?t even eat this persons bowl due to the amount of hot salsa in this bowl. Super disappointed and upset as this is a frequent issue at this location. I usually never try to leave bad reviews but this was absolutely unacceptable! Seriously please do better as a staff.

My coworker and I both ordered lunch from this restaurant. Unfortunately, our orders were completely wrong, with missing paid toppings. The customer service was disappointing, as they only offered a buy one get one free deal as compensation. It doesn't make sense for me to return and pay for more food and extra toppings when they couldn't get my first order right and didn't do anything to fix the mistake.
