Curry Gate - Charlotte

Absolutely fantastic! I wasn't sure if there was any good Indian food in Charlotte, but this restaurant proved me wrong. A big shout-out to our servers, Sam and Suma, who ensured we left feeling incredibly satisfied. I can't recommend this place enough!

This is an excellent spot for Indian cuisine. The food was delicious and had just the right level of spices as we requested. The ambiance and service were fantastic. A special shoutout to Puja, who welcomed us warmly and ensured we felt at ease while placing our order. I highly recommend this restaurant as a must-try!

This is genuinely the best Indian food I've ever tasted. When I moved to Charlotte, I was on the lookout for a go-to restaurant, and I quickly found it here. The portion sizes are great for the price, the staff is friendly, and there are so many options to choose from! Plus, the service is incredibly fast—I can place my order and leave my house, and by the time I arrive, it's always ready. I even brought my parents here when they visited!

The food, Sooooo goood!!! The young lady at the front was soooooo amazingly wonderful. She was super excited for us to try this food for the first time and she even made it her business to check in on us in the middle of a busy hour. We WILL back!!!

This place has really great food and you will get a good portion size out of each plate. However the service is not good at all. The girl taking the orders is by herself and not very experienced. On top of that she is eating food from under the counter between taking orders. I’ve seen several door dash drivers come in and not be handed the food in the order when they came. They have a low health score rating as well, 93. There’s not a lot of life here despite the aroma being amazing from the food.
