Firehouse Subs - Charlotte

Food was not tasty compared to other firehouse. Pickle was supposed to be on side but it was missing. Overall very bad experience.

Placed an online order today for a super simple meal. Grilled cheese and turkey sandwich. The workers somehow managed to forget the turkey on a TURKEY sandwich. I also had to ask for my sides when I picked up, this didn't include the 5 minute wait of waiting for someone to ask if I had a pickup order and the worker struggling to read a name on a bag. Save your money and time with this location.

Just spent 80$ here to buy lunch for everyone at my job, get back after we went through the order 5 times. Missing 2 subs... just completely left off order, even though they're on my receipt. Tried to call, cant get anyone on the phone. Just an overall lackluster experience.

I spent 18 dollars on a large hero sub,Not only did they mess my order up but also the previous customer, my sub was missing lettuce meat on one side and just depressing,Do better after a long day after work and I come home to this after driving 20 min, just sad

My favorite chain for the best hot vegetarian subs! I could eat their veggie subs every day and never get tired of them. The restaurant is fast- casual. You order at the front, wait for your food, grab it when it's called and find a table. The pickles also taste amazing. My only complaint is that they never add extra side pickles whenever I ask.
