I try to come here every day to see what wonderful reasons they have, not to take my order. they come at any time of the day they are either not able to take orders or come back in 10 minutes. to tell them that they cannot accept orders or they say they are closed by 2p, 4p, 7p. it doesn't matter what time it seems that they are only at work to be paid and not really feeding people. we all understand short personal, but why does even bother the personal, just to say on the auto-dru speaker, we are closed. someone really needs to look into this place, because if they are actually busy on the other day, it took over 45min to take 1 person to order and wait for another who knows how long. very sad that this place does not care to feed their customers.
Don't waste your time. on Monday at 19:12 o'clock. the dining room was closed with several employees who were in the dining area. entered the drive thru and was said they would not take commands. After I informed them, I have already submitted and paid an order about the app, I was told that I should move and have got my lunch a few minutes later. Sounds like there was nothing wrong and the employees just didn't want to do their jobs. no idea how this place rent paid.
2 nights in order, Friday 10/14 and Saturday 10/5 by about 12 and was informed that they only sell drinks, but not milk shakes. if they are open 24 hours, they should probably write somewhere, it is only for softdrinks.
I ordered eating online and when I drive to thru they say that the third layer is currently not in and they are waiting to show them. my thought is okay, why don't you work until they arrive? where is the third layer conductor? you should be right 24 hours? I have been sitting on the parking lot for over 30 minutes and I see all the time that the cars are turned up to the drive thru and away. that is not good for the shops jack in the box. I am very disappointed and I would definitely like a refund on my online order.
They wouldn't sell me food. I was told that they were only doing door dash and online orders, with no explanation as to why they could only make food for people who weren't there. This has happened at least twice now, and I think it's fair to post this so that hungry people can adjust their expectations, and know that they might have to keep looking for food. It's been good enough in the past. I think if it a register issue or something, that should be related to the guest.
