I immediately called the load and said she remembered me and my order. she apologised and said I should come back and have the right order for me. I told her I could come back the next day. she talked to management and told me to come between 2 and 2 o'clock. I stopped the next day. the manager has stopped what she did and my order brought together! perfect customer service! thank you!
15 mins in drive thru. At least they were slightly faster than the nearby Wendy's.
Nothing special line moves slow. Theirs one manager who works there that is great usually see her working the drive window
Do not patronize this location. Employee came in from outside trying to hold his pants up, never washed his hands.I dined in and noticed five crew members all behind counter and in prep area eating, sticking hands in mouths while preparing drive thru orders never washed hands.Requested management respond to complaint. CRICKETS! I HOPE THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT VISITS .
If I may just put it plainly it’s utterly and completely horrible and despicable service and food quality here. I can’t remember if I have ever experienced this much low quality in any fast food chain. The lady who was taking our order was rushing us as if she has to close the store right now even though it was nowhere near closing time. Once we got our order we found that the food was dry and we did not receive everything according to our order. We had to throw away most of the food because it was not edible. It costed us more than $18. What a waste of my time, money and food! This is going to be my last visit to KFC. Never again.
