Leroy Fox Cotswold - Charlotte

I have to take the time to share my terrible experience in this restaurant tonight. I have emailed the owner and have not heard back. First of all the service was extremely slow. I waited 20 minutes to get a glass of wine and after 50 minutes, my food never came. I had to go up to the check out stand and explain that I wanted my food to go, when the waitress came back with an attitude and basically threw my credit cards back at me after I paid. Once I got back to my hotel room and looked at the food, the vegetable medley was a plate of extremely old and nasty green peppers. The salad was OK and the hash brown casserole was a cold pile of potatoes not what I expected. I have been working and eating in many restaurants for years and I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life. You people need to shape up and do some firing, quickly!

Leroy’s is BACK. EXCELLENT FOOD. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Not blowing smoke. Not biased. It was awesome.

The food and the staff were amazing. I'm definitely going back.

All the food the 7 of us had was delicious generous portions. The sweet potato tots were a nice treat too. Shrimp Salad was delicious with a great dressing.

What a surprise. The service and food were phenomenal. Salmon salad and dressing exceeded my expectations. Server was on his A Game. We took our dog and sat in the patio which was hot. It could use a couple of ceiling fans. Else, all five stars.
