Mcalister's Deli - Charlotte

Restaurants in these days are all looking for help and can hit or miss, but this McAlister's is on the point! I was late at noon. They had a technical problem with the POS, but all staff are super friendly and the food came so fast. Fresh ingredients, consistent quality– so estimated!

Eric, the General Manager, was so helpful to make sure that I got my food after my first assigned by ess driver to pick up my food stolen my food and not deliver. He checked in with me several times and even threatened into a free cookie! I appreciate him so much!

Wow! I am so impressed by McAlister's Deli and this place. I recently joined their reward club and decided to try their delivery service. It's excellent!! I don't just feel better to order directly from them, instead of paying the restaurant 20-30% at one of these price delivery services, it's also a faster delivery time, more convenient for me, and less expensive. Look at the picture! It was all hot, and looked perfect, and tasted incredible!!! Fyi, I've learned that they have a new tea pass for just $6.99. It's good for 30 days. I ordered it tonight and your first drink is included (usually $2.99). If you're a tea fanatic like me, it's worth it! I usually get tea about 3x/week.

Great place for children's birthday. I have young nieces and nephews who would love this place. Thank you very much!

The food was good as always, but what I need to thank this location for more than anything is how understanding y'all were when I came in with my service dog in training. He isn't there 100% but they accommodated us none the less. Thank you McAlister's for being disability inclusive.
