Mcdonald's - Charlotte

I really needed a coffee after I left the dmw. if they want to look for a job and have a good and fun personality, they can try dmw, but. the coffee save my day, oh something sometimes. food: 5/5

Quick service,food reasonably priced and hot the menu needs a few additional items,service was fair,I would have given a 4 1/2 star rating if I could,but I couldn't,the employee taking my order,seemed bothered and unfriendly,it was early in the am,so maybe she might hadn't been fully awake yet

Does anyone ever pick up the phone here?? We just left. The associate that took my card, charged my card for the people behind us order. My order cost more than the family behind us. They caught it at the second window where they then asked for our card again, didn’t tell us much of he was doing, but he comes back with a new receipt. I had a feeling to check my account only to find out this guy over-charged me. I tried calling multiple times, but they aren’t answering. Wth??Dietary restrictions: don’t care. Just need to submit my review

This was straight trash, bro i get my ORDER WRONG EACH AND EVERY TIME. Im even afraid to make small orders let alone large ones .. oh and say bye to napkins, suaces, and fresh fries most of the time, so stale and without flavor... i love mcdonald's but im MCnever comming back to this location ???

Most of the time the food is Fresh and the fries are hot.
