Milano's Pizza Pasta - Charlotte

Tried this pizza place out, and I was not disappointed. I did not order anything extravagant, just went for a simple cheese pizza. And man was it amazing!

It was good. Service good. Food good. Price good. All in all I’d eat there again if we’re up this way. Eve of a powerlifting meet and that’s what I wanted for dinner. And was not disappointed.

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time through Uber Eats this weekend, and it was fantastic! The Sicilian-style pizza was excellent—crispy without being dry or burnt, and it had the perfect balance of toppings and sauce. I also tried the Cheese Rolls as a side, and they were equally delicious. I can't wait to sample more of their pizzas and pastas. This will definitely be my new go-to for pizza!

I just had a horrible experience with Milanos. Our pizza came burnt. We called and asked for a new one. They took over an hour to replace it. When calling about it, I told the manager on duty, Austin, we told him that we have been loyal customers for 10 years. He argued with me saying that they hadn't been open that long (when there are yelp reviews over 9 years old) and he had very poor customer service. I usually love their service and quality but both have severely gone downhill. They just lost a very long time customer and I hope they aren't treating others the same. We even gave back the burnt pizza when the driver finally came with the new pizza, which even the new one was room temperature.

Great lasagna! Great chicken parm! Service and delivery the best! We will definitely be back!
