The service was great but I think her station was too large so it was a little sporadic. We ordered the truffle bread and it was stone cold, and both entrees were lukewarm at best. It would have been a great evening but I left disappointed and hungry.
Waited over an hour for food to be delivered. Basically boxed it up and took it home
Italian restaurant that excels in seasoning and flavor. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan, my husband the salmon and we both left super satisfied. Good volume of food, the chicken is almost enough to share (if you're not super hungry). We stayed in the outdoor area, which is super pleasant and they even accepted our pet with us and gave him water. We want to go back to order the pizzas that were popular at the tables next door. Tip: to park, look for a place on the street whose price is super fair than the surrounding parking lots.
The atmosphere was great and service was good. Our drinks were great. We wanted to order a few small plates to share so we ordered those shortly after our drink order. The food all came out at once within five minutes of sitting down before our drinks even came. We were almost done before our drinks even came. The food was cold and none of it tasted good. The meatballs were not heated all the way through, the truffle bread (that was their bestseller) was awful and the crispy eggplant was very salty, and too heavily seasoned. The manager did come over and comp most of the meal. So overall, we would probably give it another chance because the reviews from those people are great. Maybe it was just an off night.
Had a good experience. There was definitely a big jump in business when 5:30 hit so be aware. It is best to have a reservation for sure. I came here the night before my Charlotte marathon (my first marathon ever) so I was worried about new food upsetting my stomach and I had the Bolognese and it was excellent tasting, but the portion was small considering it was $23. The truffle butter bread was out of this world too!
