Contribuisci feedbackCash on the drive through the window ran to text when the order was ready to go and instead of the hand out. As a water bottle was not given during the Handoff-Cashier to get it, come back, put it down, texted for 2 minutes and then handed over. 12/1/22 18:20 for reference.
First time at this point (we live in SC and have just removed a flight) and we were slightly disappointed. When we came in, there was a line, but the cashiers seem to be standing there. No smile, no greeting, nothing. We decided to order from the kiosk that was easy to navigate. Once we placed our order, I waited to call my name. There were several people standing at the pick-up window so I could wait with them. The kitchen was very busy, but well managed by a gentleman with a beard. He gave orders as they were made. Unfortunately he had to stop what he did to tell the cashier that he stopped to stand around and clean tables on their time. She pushed through the crowd without saying anything, and the look at her face made it seem like she didn't want to work there. She just stood at the pick-up window and tapped her fingernails on the counter. Some people approached and tried to ask her a question, they just shrug and said she didn't know. If you hate your job, I get it, but at least polite for your customers. A big scream into the kitchen staff to be met with 2 teams and still get orders. Our food was great and right.
I enjoy going to this panera almost every day to coffee and sometimes breakfast on the way to work. They just started opening at 6 which is even better for my morning routine. The only criticism I have is that whoever works the drive thru: your icey or hot coffee will be mixed for you with your cream and sugar etc. ready to go in your car? or you will be handed over a palm full of filler and a complete coffee cup. This is not beneficial for clean cars without where you are using cleanly discarded packages of sugar or cream cups without bag for garbage as you only order a cup. Or if there is no place in your cup to add Ins, you need to find a way to pour something out. It would be nice to have a standard of mixing coffee before it goes through the window or at least consistently not to mix it, so I know what I sign for instead of an unpleasant surprise!
I joined the unlimited Sip Club, free to Halloween and visited this place a few times. My order is never quite accurate. You don't have really sweet tea, but it's on the menu you need to add your own sweeteners that doesn't work well for ice tea. I don't like the duets mostly coming with tomato soup (although this is a company decision.) My cookies never look like the pictures. I had to return a soup because it was just broth. For prices, the service experience should be better. On the bright side the fountain ginger ale is the best.
I understand this is a busy location but I 've never had an order that wasn 't at least 10-15 minutes late when I do 'rapid ' order pickup. Honestly if it wasn 't the closest breakfast spot for me I would never go. Food is usually on par with what to expect with Panera which is good
