Contribuisci feedbackI have preordered online. When I arrived there, no one was in the line and 3 employees, where behind the counter. I waited for recognition and they clearly saw me, nothing. I finally went to the register and the lady was angry when I asked her where I pick up my online order. When I went to the area, I saw my order. The other lady asked me what name I was looking for and I told her. She told me that another staff accepted my order as a delivery. She was nice and made my order new and I appreciate it. I spent over 30 to 40 minutes for picking up online order. Never again. No good experience.
Fast service. Great staff and delicious food! The self service options are wonderful when it is busy and you are in a hurry. This location is clean and well kept.
I had come to lunch with my sister in the law and we went to the mobile register where they can adjust their order. Once I was finished adapting my salad, I had waited from the pick-up line to get my order. However, the pick-up time in the regular slow I wanted to give a call to the employee who worked at the pick-up point she was extremely friendly. I had got my salat I had ordered, and I told him that there was a mistake and I chose the Fuji apple salad without the wobble. she then politely told me that they would make another one for me as soon as I got the next salat, it was again wrong with what I didn't want because I had the opportunity to adjust my salat in the cell phone register. Although this was not the experience I was hoping for, the staff was very polite.
Yesterday my experience started beautiful. the bank was pleasant. we waited for our food that included a frozen drink. they made the drink first and a little over 15 minutes later it was melted and we had to demand it again. we come to home and my salat has no salat dress and the thun-fish sandwich had hardly thun-fish. I usually have a great experience at every place.
We was amazing how Anna has been resolved my problem when I got my order no complete, high quality service and she is working hard all the time as your own business, I hopefully she will have success in her career in this chain.
