Pizza Hut - Charlotte

Our evening was saved by Pizza Hut after having a terrible experience with another restaurant. Wow, everything from the delivery to the quality of the pizza was excellent. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for your great service!

My local Pizza Hut consistently provides fast and accurate service. I always receive exactly what I expect. The staff is polite and efficient, and the food is always excellent!

The pizza was fantastic! They didn't have any pepper flakes available, so we had to buy a shaker for $1. While free would have been preferable, we definitely needed the flakes. The staff were all wearing masks, which made me feel safe and respected. Thank you!

I like the deep dish pizza. The parking lot is kind of complicated though. The front door is not next to the parking lot where the GPS guides you. The entrance is facing a courtyard with a fountain. I haven't ordered delivery from this location.

It took an incredibly long two hours to place an order through the app! They don’t inform customers that their order will take two hours until after it’s already placed. That’s information customers should have before making an order! If I had known it would take this long, I would have chosen a different restaurant. This has happened several times before, and I’m really fed up with Pizza Hut. I’m seriously thinking about never ordering from them again!
