Pizza Hut - Charlotte

I called at 6:02pm for an order, as indicated on my receipt at 6:14pm. I ordered a dinner box and was informed it would take 20 minutes. However, I did not receive my food until 6:50pm. Unfortunately, when my order finally arrived, I was disappointed to find two burnt and cold pizzas. I waited patiently and quietly, but the quality of food was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I will never order from this pizza restaurant again. I placed an order for pizza and pasta for delivery on 5/7/22 and it was never delivered. I called the restaurant three times and waited for over 30 minutes each time with no answer. When I finally reached someone the next day, they claimed they didn't know about my order and said it was being refunded, which would take 5-10 working days. I tried reaching out to follow up on the status of my order, but received no response. As a single mother of 1 and pregnant with my second child, this was a terrible experience. Not only did I not receive my $10 order, but they also charged me $32.71. I will not be ordering from them again and may take legal action to get my $32.71 back.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Bretagne restaurant when I called to update my delivery order that had been placed an hour before. The person I spoke with was extremely rude, questioning why I was calling so soon after placing the order and why I waited so long to call. There were no apologies or attempts to make things right. I ended up canceling the order and will not be returning to this restaurant.

Talk to your staff about the importance of quality service and pizza. My food was cold and hard. I was already at home by the time I was able to taste it. The service was bad, and your staff allowed kids to be in the kitchen, that is dangerous, unsafe, as well as unsanitary

Pizza was perfect and service was fast. Delivery was excellent with pizza being hot when it arrived.
