Sabor Latin Street Grill - Charlotte

I ordered the ground beef nachos, and at $16, I usually expect them to be loaded enough to feed two people. Unfortunately, tonight's serving was disappointing. I barely received a spoonful of meat and half a spoonful of beans, while there was an excessive amount of lettuce and chips. I also specifically requested no guacamole, but it was included anyway. There wasn’t enough meat to even top three chips. I’m really disappointed with this meal. The photos show what I ended up with after removing half the chips and lettuce in search of the meat! I’m throwing it away because it simply isn’t worth eating just chips and lettuce.

My wife was eager to try this restaurant, and I’m so glad we did! We had a tough time deciding on our meals, so we ended up ordering a variety of dishes to sample, and it was definitely worth every penny! The customer service was fantastic and speedy, and the atmosphere was delightful too.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. I tried the Tacos al Pastor on Taco Tuesday for just $1.49 each, and they were excellent!

Broke out of my Taco Tuesday mindset and stopped by Sabor on a Thursday. Rolled the dice on the Thursday special of an Arepe and an empanada. It was just right for a lunch. If you?re a big lunch eater or just have to have chips with your Mexican meal don?t forget to add them. It?s enough without it though. I just beat the lunch rush so my food came out quickly and it was hot and fresh. Highly recommend the salsa bar for dipping and topping your meal.

I placed an order on August 30, 2022. It was delivered before time. But items were missing from my order. It was cold. There was cheese all in the bag, over the containers. I called and complained to Sabor. The guy who answered the phone rudely told me that nothing was missing because he packed the order himself. I spent $54.00 on food that was not worth 54 cent. Bad customer service all the way around. Called the delivery service. They reached out to Sabor numerous of times. As well as I did. I am disputing the charge still with my bank.. After almost a month has went by. No response still. I will never patronize this business again. Your food and service sucks! As a trained Chef of 20 plus years. I would have never argued with the customer or served something to someone that I wouldn't eat. Your company needs to properly train your employees better in customer service and food service. I was so angry that I tossed the food. Before taking pictures..To the guy who works there you need to be fired.
