Sal's Pizza Factory - Charlotte

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience. The staff wasn't particularly friendly; I didn't even receive a greeting. When I mentioned it was my first time there, I expected some enthusiasm and recommendations about their popular dishes, but that didn't happen. I was simply handed a menu and told to let them know when I was ready to order. I tried the cheesesteak, which was decent but certainly not the best I've had. Despite this, I'll give them another chance and try the pizza next time.

I almost walked out when I heard the price: $11 for two reheated slices that were basically just thin layers of red sauce with a little bit of cheese. The taste was decent, but I expect it to be a bit drier since the pizza isn't made to order—though I understand that. Still, the pricing is outrageous. A few weeks ago, I was in North Boston and got two much larger slices for only $7, and that was in a very pricey part of the city. This place just doesn't compare.

Awful service! We were never given a menu, so we had to go upstairs to ask for one ourselves. After a long wait, our pizza arrived, but it was burned. The crust was so poorly made that it crumbled apart and had a gritty texture. I spoke with others in the parking lot, and they shared similar experiences. It seems many employees are clueless about their tasks. There were three employees in the back area, and it felt like they were overwhelmed. I would strongly advise against dining here; there are plenty of other restaurants nearby. The few bites we took were unappetizing. The pizza, which should have been drizzled with olive oil, looked more like it had just been splattered on.

1. Here and 10/10 recommend. I love great pizza and that was great for me! We have pizza slices wings and a hot sub, everything was great and service was beautiful. Thanks to the staff!

I was in the mood to eat pizza similar to the one in New York where I was a few days ago, the ones of 99 cents. I put on maps pizza near me and appeared this place, simple and perfect for what I was looking for. Besides a piece of Pizza Bought garlic bread and were all very delicious, recommend for lovers of street food. I bought it to go and it didn 't take more than 5 minutes in the site. For sure I 'll be back!
