First I love the fact that this is all 100% vegan and gluten-free! but eating is beyond all expectations! absolutely divine! you can't go wrong. also they support good vegan Causes and local artists, etc. love you, sanctuary bistro! we are so blessed to have them in charlotte!

If they only taste a vegan restaurant in charlotte, it should be sanctuary. they will meet one of the most beautiful people in the city and eat one of the most delicious meals of their lives. they get more than just dinners it is an experience, from ambiente to the thoughtful menu, to the friendly and attentive service. best booking.

At last you have to try sanctuary bistro and it has not disappointed! the aromas were excellent, eating was very attractive, and the atmosphere was great! the staff was very friendly and attentive. all the flavors of the food were very well balanced and it was nice to go somewhere that more than fast food options such as burger available. the menu changes seasonally and I am happy to try all the dishes they have to offer!

Uncanny good brunch. the atmosphere applies to a high quality bistro. the personal is very friendly and the menu has a variety of things. they should not be skipped. the oyster mushrooms are bombed! charlotte needed that so bad and you're lucky to have it. it is like a piece of California in the carolina. the entire menu is gluten-free, which does not belong. and there is no terrible impossible or beyond. this restaurant has a real cook that pours into it craft, and it shows.

This restaurant is tiny and adorable. Make sure you make reservations to get a table. We shared the fried lions mane mushrooms as a starter, had the lasagna and portobello Rockefeller as entrees, and tiramisu as dessert. All was delicious but the portobello Rockefeller was the star. I love this place and can’t wait to come back.
