Smashburger - Charlotte

Lord knows I didn?t need a burger lol but with limited time, Smashburger came through for me. I kept it simple and ordered the classic. It tasted like a burger from a family cookout. Meat cooked well done but still full of flavor. As a first timer, I am pleased with my lunch for today. Also, to the cook in the back I don?t look like an Alex lol.

I've come to this location several as its close by to my mothers job and it the service/ quality has gone down hill. 3 people ahead of her and got at least 1 thing wrong on everyone's order. Including our own. Several menu items were not available but they didn't tell you until after you ordered. Finally got our food and it was decent but for the cost and hassle its not worth it.

The burger was great, and the smash fries were fantastic! However, I was a bit disappointed that several items were missing from the menu, like the brussel sprouts and onion rings.

I walked in during typical lunch hours and stood at the counter for five minutes, but neither of the employees who could clearly see us acknowledged our presence or informed us that someone would help us shortly. We were looking forward to enjoying some delicious smashburgers, but instead, we left feeling disappointed since no one seemed interested in taking our order. I recommend heading to a different location if you're really craving a smashburger.

Bad management, the lady in the front was very caring and nice but the manager told her instead of taking our order to organize water bottles and cups. Waited there for 15 minutes just because she was nice but still she couldn?t take our order because she was told that ?don?t worry they will understand?
