Starbucks - Charlotte

"The restaurant has a typical urban vibe, with a narrow layout and a moderate selection. The food and coffee are decent but not particularly noteworthy. Additionally, the restroom requires a code for access. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5."

I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the entire team is amazing. Kudos for providing such a wonderful experience!

The service was impressively quick given the high volume of customers! The atmosphere was outstanding, even under challenging conditions.

There are plenty of Starbucks locations in uptown Charlotte, but this one specifically has to be my favorite. They have patio seating, even more indoor seating, and the staff is always so sweet and helpful. Today was my first visit here and definitely not my last, highly recommended!

My family and I were in Charlotte NC for the Aggie/Eagle Classic football game and decided to stop by Starbucks to purchase a few drinks. We were enjoying our drinks on the patio when my mother fell ill and need immediate medical attention. We were so blessed that we were at this location where Sarah work. Sarah showed us so much compassion and support during this difficult time. She made sure we were all ok as the medics worked with my mother. I’m happy to report that my mother is doing well. We returned to the store today to say thank you again to Sarah (see attached photo). Sarah you are a rockstar and Starbucks is lucky to have you!
