Taco Bell - Charlotte

I just left this Taco Bell location and I must say that cashier Luis is a perfect example of excellent customer service. Despite the industry's worker shortage, his attitude and performance were exceptional. Thank you for maintaining such professionalism!

The staff at the restaurant tonight did an excellent job with my custom black bean crunch order. I truly think it was the best I’ve ever had. They had everything I needed and more. The customer service was outstanding. I loved it!

Yesterday, I stopped by this Taco Bell for a quick bite to eat. I hadn't been to a Taco Bell in 10 years, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that their prices haven't skyrocketed like many other places. I ordered a classic bean and beef burrito, and it was just as I remembered. It may not be the most gourmet option, but it definitely gets the job done when you're hungry. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and smiling. Overall, I had a great experience!

I ordered the $7.99 steak chalupa box deal—two of those along with two drinks. I had to repeat several times that I needed separate bags before it finally registered with her. She even asked another girl where the bags were located. Once I got back to my place, the food was lukewarm, and my friend had to microwave hers. We don’t live too far from the restaurant. This experience was very disappointing. I rarely leave complaints on Google, as I dislike complaining, but this situation warranted it.
