Taipei South - Charlotte

I ordered chicken fried rice around 2:50 PM and was surprised when my bill came to $11.00. However, I received shrimp fried rice instead, which I cannot eat. When I brought this up, they told me to come back at 5 PM when they reopened. I declined their offer. They mentioned that I would receive a credit the next time I returned, but I'm not sure if that will actually happen.

Whenever we're in town visiting my wife's family we always go to Taipei South. My wife has been going there since she was in high school and I can see why! Great food, very efficient service and the prices are great, so I always pick up the tab for the family meal.

Food is good,except for the rice, it's grainy and has been for awhile, but overall it's good flavors

This place is awesome definitely the best shrimp fried rice I’ve had. The staff is also great and the food comes out pretty quickly. I will definitely eat here again.

Best Chinese cuisine in South Charlotte. Extremely fast service and wait staff is always there to welcome you back as a repeat customer.
