Best hot dogs I've found in my travels for satisfying our cravings!! Will 100% go back if I find myself in North Carolina

Full disclosure: I only went here because it was on housewives of Atlanta... and I love a good hotdog. Anyways... it did not disappoint! I've gone 3 times already but only remembered to take a picture once. Service inside was good... very nice and eager to answer questions. I ordered the Detroit and onion rings, and it was delicious. I would say be careful what you order if you aren't eating at the restaurant because too much stuff on the hotdog might make the bun soggy.

First time visitor! The hot dogs were delicious! I had the Chicago Dog and my husband had the Polish Dog. I’m so glad we got to meet the owner. Very nice guy! We had a great conversation about the business and he gave us a whole jar of Sport Peppers!!! We will support again next time we are in town.

I placed an order for my niece at The Original Hot Dog Factory. She got the corn dog nuggets and the funnel cake sticks. Both items were cooked fresh. It was plenty of food for her and a good amount for us to share. I had to sample some of the goodies. She loved both items. The funnel cake sticks were her favorite. I hate that the Hot Dog Factory is so far away. We would pop in more often if we were closer. We had a good experience with their customer service. Just don’t go with high expectations because we paid $25 for 2 hotdogs and a small amount of onion rings and LEFT HUNGRY. I feel if I’m going to pay $7 for a hotdog they should invest into nicer buns that don’t just fall through the first bit. We could’ve just made hotdogs at home for half the price and maybe even made them better.
