The Packhouse - Charlotte

As a returning customer, I always enjoy this restaurant. The food is excellent, the music is delightful, and the location is fantastic. However, parking could be improved. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends for a night out!

The service was unfortunately quite slow, but I can see the potential here.

We had a great time at the tavern! The atmosphere was lively, with a DJ playing music while we enjoyed our Sunday brunch. Our server, Destiny, was fantastic, and the food was hot and delicious. However, we did think that the oxtails and grits could have used a bit more oxtail—there was only one small piece and a few shreds, but plenty of grits. For $20, we expected at least two medium-sized oxtails. Aside from that, we would definitely return!

There was a small oxtail and some oxen tail squeals meet, but many grottos. We felt we liked at least 2 medium-sized oxtails for $20. Apart from that, we'd probably go back.

It was a girl friends outing for a Sunday brunch at the Tavern. We tried everything oxtails and grits, shrimp and grits, charred okra, the deviled eggs, the brunch rolls and the mimosas were good. The atmosphere was relaxed while the d jay payed some good music!
