Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

We were staying in charlotte for a couple days and after dinner, I wanted a dessert. Saw this place and wish I hadn't. Guy with earrings was very unfriendly and acted more like we were just annoying him. Do not recommend this place based on customer service. The cookie ice cream sandwich was good though. Nowhere to sit, and the ambience was just weird. Come to think of it, we should have walked out before ordering based on the service we received. The ambiance was terrible.

Cookie was good; it was the limited time Tiramisu flavor. I did not care for the chocolate chip cookie dough truffle however, as the texture was quite weird. The cherry on top was the staff member helping me who had an attitude.

I tried for the 1st time today and was very disappointed. I ordered 7 different varieties of cookies. A few of the cookies were decent, but the rest were borderline bad. Perhaps we just caught them on an off day, but given the price, I can't say I'll be back.

Customer serv is great the store is super clean. The cookies, in my opinion, not so good. If my 6 yr old doesn't like them, something is wrong. I've made these cookies (oatmeal raisin, choc chip, sugar, snickerdoodle), they tasted way better than theirs. As for the other items they have, I can't comment b/c I didn't purchase them.
