Contribuisci feedbackWe had to wait almost 20 minutes beyond our reservation time to be seated, despite plenty of open tables. When we were seated, the service was prompt. However, our waitress informed us they were out of several main dishes (meatloaf and pork loin) at 6:30pm on a Saturday. We ordered an appetizer, only to have the waitress come back a few minutes later and tell us she was also out of that. The bottom line is that the food they did have was good, but they just didn't seem to have it all together for a weekend night.
Despite making a reservation, we still had to wait for 30 minutes for a table, even though there were many empty tables that had already been cleared and reset. When we were finally seated at 7pm, several menu items were already sold out. Additionally, the restaurant was quite cold, with about a third of the guests choosing to keep their jackets on while dining. I overheard someone asking for the fans to be turned off, but they were informed that the temperature was set for the air conditioning to be running (despite the 40-degree temperatures outside). Overall, the restaurant seemed disorganized, but the food was delicious.
Booked a reservation and when I arrived they said they were 20 minutes behind on reservation. I waited about 40 minutes after that útil be seated. It was a special occasion and I called to tell them I wanted to set the table up before... because of the 40 minutes extra wait that part was ruined. It look forever for us to get our food and then when the food got there everything was cold. Very disappointed because I normals live this place
This really is a fun place and the food was fresh and quite tasty. The only disappointment we had was that they had run out of 4 different regular menu items that my group of 4 attempted to order. We had relatively early (6:15) reservations on a Saturday evening so it was a bit surprising that so many dishes were no longer available. The good news was that our back up choices did not disappoint. We will likely give it another shot.
This was probably our 5th time at the Charlotte location. Served wine in a filthy glass and was ignored by the waitstaff to fix the problem. Finally had to get up out of me seat and locate the manager. He handled the situation in a satisfactory manner and did not charge us for the wine. Unfortunately bathrooms were also filthy. Has gone downhill since first opened. Unfortunate because food is pretty good though not a good as Asheville location.
