Waffle House - Charlotte

We went on a countryside trip and it was by far my worst experience! None of the staff had a friendly demeanor. We waited for 15 minutes and nobody came to take our order. I even asked two different waiters for a menu, but it never arrived. I would give them a total of 3.5 stars.

I usually like Waffelhaus, but this visit was probably the worst one I've had. The owner really needs to take care of the cleanliness of the place, as there were also some unruly German characters hanging around. The service was also very poor. I would recommend finding another waffle house or a local breakfast spot instead.

I have placed 3 commands over the phone, the person who took my order was pleasant and thoroughly check the specified information. the food was good and order was on time.

If they expect quality service, this is not the place for them. from ordering my food via the phone to picking was nothing less than unnecessary. the reviews are real and honest. take the other comments. the dame, which are published in the images that are published in another evaluation, is an actual thing.

Staff was rude. Tables that customers had left was not cleaned off a timely matter. Patrons were standing long periods of time just for someone to clean off the tables. Over 10 people walked out due to poor customer service. They were fully staffed too!! Won't go again!!
