Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

Stopped in today to grab a sandwich during lunch today used the ladies restroom only to realize the water was not working. Had to dip into the mens room while no one was looking to wash hands. Told the young lady behind the counter and she replied that they were aware of the issue apologized. Would like to know how they expect their female customers to wash their hands after using the restroom considering this is a place where people purchase and eat food. Better yet how are the employees washing their hands after using the restroom and before running to the work area??? Also noticed that the standard stating employees are required to wash their hands before returning to work was missing from the restrooms. Let's hope they have another restroom designated for employees.

Food is good for the price, but the hours of this restaurant are incorrect. Please update the information on this location.

I had Which Wich for the first time today, and I can't understand all these stellar reviews. I got a Philly, which is usually pretty easy to make delicious. The bread was great, but the meat was chewy and super dry. There was one green pepper in the whole sandwich, and there was very VERY little cheese. So sad they messed up my favorite type of sandwich!

Came down to grab lunch at 2:15 and they were closed. It says they’re not supposed to close until 3

One of my favorite sandwich spots—I believe I’ve now visited all the locations in Charlotte. This place tends to get quite busy, and I think the line management could be improved, especially when there are complicated orders or mistakes that need to be fixed. That said, I understand that things happen. Even though the line was long, it moved surprisingly quickly; I waited around 13-15 minutes. Given how long the line was, I expected to wait longer. My sandwich was made perfectly—I always go for the turkey with a few extra toppings. Overall, the staff was friendly and worked hard to keep things moving and resolve any issues promptly. The food was delicious, and I’ll definitely be returning. I usually don’t take more than 30 minutes for lunch, so next time I’m nearby, I might use the app or arrive a bit earlier.
