Yume Ramen, Sushi And - Charlotte

The appetizer was smaller than I anticipated, but the flavors were fantastic. We started with the kimchi bonito, shared the kimuri and ume roll, and finished with the o'toro sashimi. Everything was delicious, although I wish the portion sizes were a bit larger.

Everything here is great! We especially love the winds, the black garlic salt edamame, and the Yume roll.

Karla, the bartender and server, was amazing. Despite having several other tables to attend to, she was very attentive to us. She is a true asset to Yume. The drink she prepared for my wife was absolutely delicious. Our sushi was not only top-notch but also incredibly fresh and flavorful.

It was great, I got a parking spot, service was quick, I was seated immediately with my reservation.

Love everything here but this is the best sushi in Charlotte hands down! Omakase is a must try!
