They were talkative and used foul language, discussing topics that were inappropriate in the presence of a lady. The food was tasty but on the pricey side. We tried a special drink that was delicious. Overall, I probably wouldn't return as we were out-of-town guests and the atmosphere seemed more suited for locals who want to be rowdy and loud.
The meal and service were excellent as always, which was especially appreciated during a challenging time.
We were glad we made a reservation because the restaurant was packed on a Saturday night! The place was buzzing with energy! Our server, a young man, was constantly on the move but still managed to deliver everything to us on time. The food was delicious, especially the ceviche paired with my Bullwhip cocktail! We used a gift voucher that we purchased during the Wintergreen Nature Foundation's fundraising dinner last June, and it was definitely worth it. Thank you for donating and for a wonderful evening!
The service was great. Brian was great. Based on other reviews, we were a little disappointed in some of the dishes. We started with Brussels, and we were pleasantly surprised by the healthy portion. I ordered the rabbit sausage stuff, my wife had the pork pliers. Mine was pretty tasty and satisfying. The pig, on the other hand, was salty and a little tough. We had the apple pecan tamales for dessert. We had a bite and sent him back. It was dense and lacked in taste. We had great hopes. Maybe it was just a night.
Food and service was great .. nice place . Can’t wait to go back
