McDonald's - Charlottetown

This image speaks for itself. This is a perfect example of their delicious food. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. I usually enjoy McDonald's and don't have high expectations, since it is fast food. However, there is room for improvement.

This is my sixth time dining out during the pandemic. Good old reliable McDonald's. They have always been there for us and continue to be today. Their fries are unbeatable and the Big Mac tastes just like it did when I was a kid. While the employees are now wearing masks and using hand sanitizer, everything else about this timeless restaurant remains the same.

"Is this a fast food restaurant? Can I write a review on a fast food restaurant? A restaurant is a restaurant, regardless of what they serve. This place is usually clean and the staff is efficient. I usually enjoy a Big Mac, but this time I was intrigued by a Maple-Cheddar chicken sandwich on the menu. However, when I tried to order it, I was told it wasn't available. No problem, I ordered something else. When my order was ready, I asked if they would have the sandwich tomorrow. The man said it wouldn't be available for at least a week. I asked why it was still on the menu if they didn't have it in stock. He explained they wouldn't have new stock for at least a week. I suggested they remove it from the menu if it wouldn't be available for that long."

Staff (not a servicemanship carrying another uniform) is rude. Not attackable and seems like she doesn't want to work. She is rude to customers who ask for something, cried children in the playhouse and doesn't care at all. I wonder if she would get a proper training.

This restaurant has been recently renovated. They have a new look, electronic ordering kiosks and a new feel. Is it still Mickey d's, yes but it feels a step up from fast food. You can even get table service now when ordering from the screen....How classy. :
