Tree House Brewing Company - Charlton

One of best brewery experiences! Beer, atmosphere and food trucks 10/10.Plenty of indoor seating and amazing outdoor seating with Adirondack chairs and picnic tables under a pavilion and throughout the property. Be sure to get your beer tickets ahead of time so you can speed through the line. Great for small and large groups and always are switching up food trucks. Highly recommend Julius and Green!

I must admit I was a little apprehensive of visiting the Mecca of IPA that is Treehouse. I was pleasantly surprised!The first frustration is that I was unable to purchase draft pours or cans to go on their website prior to arriving, but a lovely woman helped us through the process when we arrived and said it wasn’t too late. They have a touchscreen interface for ordering if you’re onsite, which was a breeze and accepted my UK card (starling).The ordering process is pretty straight forward after that, as you have a wristband, and they mark off each pour (with 3 the limit on the day I was there). The only slight glitch to sort out Treehouse, if you order 3 pours AND the pour with a glass to keep, it will let you pay for that, but you’re still only allowed 3 pours.We were there on a Thursday midday, and it was very quiet. Both at the bar, and collecting orders, which was also effortless.Would have loved to stayed longer, shame about the limit too, but I guess it keeps things sensible, and most of their beers are 7% plus.Glad I made the trip out whilst staying in Boston for the week.Looking forward to the cans back at home!

Oh wow- when we first visited Treehouse about 10 years ago, it was a small tasting room across from an old barn in Brimfield. The owner sat out in the tasting room playing some Springsteen on an acoustic guitar as we sampled our flights.Fast forward and now they’re the third largest beer maker in the state, and this brewery in Charlton is really a must stop for any beer lover or just a fun afternoon. Spacious huge (huge) indoor tasting room with multiple bars for different types of beer, an outside deck with even more seating and a few terraces with quieter seating and a nice view up by the woods.Much of the ordering process is thru your phone. If you wants cans, or cases to go there are a few spots to scan a QR code to get you started.The bar tenders are super knowledgeable about the beer and can help you decide on the right brew for your taste.Just top notch all around.

A brewery that does it right! Absolutely amazing beer selection and lots of friendly staff helping to point you in the right direction. Food at the food truck outside hit the spot and we liked that we were able to bring it inside. Lots of couples, families, dogs, etc. and yet we still were able to find a place to enjoy lunch and some beer. The whole ticket situation for purchasing beer was a little complicated and the online menu to order beers to-go was absolutely overwhelming. It needed a way to search for types of beers, etc. But overall, this brewery was a great experience and we look forward to stopping in to stock up on our favorites!

I had an amazing time visiting Tree House. My only complaint is I wish I could have stayed longer! We were greeted by Erin (who explained their process and policies, also helped us cash out at the end of our visit). I want to give her a shoutout because she made our visit a special one as I was celebrating my 30th birthday. Truly remarkable brewery and beer. We also enjoyed the food truck. ??
