Le Chateaubriand - Chatenay Malabry

I was pleasantly surprised by the decoration of my room, like a little beet air. I liked it. The staff is very pleasant. I got a little cold, but there was an extra heater that I lit. Good breakfast: perhaps foresee some slices of full bread, rye or other flours than white. Well, that's a detail. See you. Yasmina

The Châteaubriand is no longer just the name of the restaurant, the hotel is now an Ibis Styles. The simple and efficient breakfast is therefore included in the room price for its first occupant. In October 2023, the fresh orange juice machine broke down (HS engine), yet it supplies it every morning! The double windows make rooms of havens of peace and silence although the hotel is between the new tram rutilating n°10 and a bus terminal. Some rooms have poorly fixed internal windows and hard to close. Some water handles are broken and remain in the hand. New Italian showers are beautiful and effective. The bathroom is functional. The wood dominates everywhere in a curious wardrobe, a round coffee table like his great sister serving as an office. The rooms ending with 7 are larger and have a second convertible bed. Ideal to walk to La Boursidière in a quarter of an hour or the Plessis-Clamart Noveos...

I guess all of us have this impression of hotel restaurant being slightly squalid and lonely. Actually it is not this case. The restaurant is nice and comfy. I got a pizza which was fairly good. If you are around and you look for a good meal. This is a proper place

Had a meal here courtesy of a local town twinning group. We were the guests and the restaurant was their choice and they paid. Visited back in June. It was a three course set meal, obviously prepared for our group of around 50+ people, including the locals. It all tasted quite nice but the portions were quite small and it left me wanting more. The staff all seemed very friendly. The dinning room was very pleasant.
