Clean restaurant, very kind employees, amazing service :

Waited 30 minutes for an online pickup order while they made sandwiches for about 20 people that just walked in. Got told, we don 't know when you 're doing to show up with online orders. Even as I was waiting other people walked in, ordered, amd got their food while we just stood there. Never coming here again.

The food is always fresh and delicious and the workers there are the best. If you have any problem- which is rare- they fix it immediately and are apologetic. Great employees.

No urgency. Employees arguing with each other or just joking around.

It's Jimmy John's. The sandwiches are made fresh, they always taste good, and they are always fast as long as you order in person. Their delivery may be delayed here though if it's busy. It's just the times we are in, nothing they can do about that.
