Contribuisci feedbackI have visited this restaurant approximately twelve times over the past eight years. I am not a regular customer, so my experiences may not be typical. During my last visit, there was only one employee working in the entire building. Despite being professional and working diligently to take and prepare orders, customers were becoming impatient due to the overwhelming workload for one person. I am unsure of the cause of this situation, but I have come to expect understaffing during my limited visits. This, along with a few instances of receiving re-cooked or subpar chicken during off-peak times, has deterred me from visiting more frequently. The parking lot has been in need of repairs for as long as I can recall, with several large potholes present. Overall, the experience can be decent if visited during standard meal times and ordering ahead.
The food at this restaurant is tasty, but the service is slow and the atmosphere feels outdated.
Keri and her team are doing a fantastic job at improving the speed from ordering to enjoying the Colonel's famous 12 herbs and spices. It's a relief that the previous crew is no longer there. Hopefully, corporate will consider investing in a new format store in Tilbury, with a KFC drive-thru and Taco Bell.
Incredible! The store has really improved since they hired new management. The customer service is awesome and the employees are beyond honest and polite. The food took a little while to make, but the woman working at the register informed me that they can't keep chicken out for too long! The food was delicious and very well cooked, not dry at all. They are also especially busy since there are only 2 workers there at a time, so props to them! My only problem is the parking lot, which is filled with deep potholes. Other than that, I really enjoyed it all! Very nice work done by new management!
Under new management and they aim to please the customer. Better than last year.
