Bojangles - Chattanooga

This restaurant serves delicious fried chicken that rivals any establishment in Kentucky. I particularly appreciate the friendly and helpful service from DeShawn, who always provides great recommendations.

The fries were old and stale! Despite that, everything else was fantastic. However, with high prices, I would expect fresh fries at the very least. They were very dry and stale, I'm sure the birds enjoyed them.

I went to Bojangles today to get dinner. There was no one in drive thru. I pull up and wait for approx 4 minutes, I finally say Hello , the voice on the other end said, Hey, we 're swamped with Grub Hub Door Dash orders, it 's going to be a minute. Iasked if he was going to taje my order to which he says, What do you want? At that time, I decided to spend my moneyelsewhere. If my patronage is not appreciated then my coins aren 't either. It 's a shame that there 's plenty of CUSTOMERS with noSERVICE.

At 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday, I attempted to contact this Bojangles location to place a large order for next week, but they did not answer their phone. Despite a line of cars in the Drive-Thru, the lobby appeared closed and the doors were locked. Several customers approached the door only to find it locked, showing a lack of communication. It would be helpful for the restaurant to update their information or place a sign on the door to avoid confusion. It is unclear why they did not answer the phone or why the lobby was closed on a busy Saturday. Bojangles has a chance to excel in the breakfast biscuit market and should strive for better customer service.

Bojangles in East Brainerd have the best food customer service in Chattanooga. I say this because every time (2x). I have been they have went out their way to provide great quality service. Even though I have been twice and have not seen the same facetwice and they still provided great quality service says a lot about Bojangles in East Brainerd. The team is amazing and theylisten and work well together especially during tight situations. So I thank you all for having an AMAZING team! Quality overquantity! 9/30- fyi... sweet potato pie ????
