Broad Street Grill - Chattanooga

Terrible service. No one came to our table for over 8 minutes. Finally, we had to go to the hostess stand and get the manager to get drinks. Only bad service, but the food was good.

The menu on the line specified Grits and Shrimps plus Prime Rib. You had the grips, but no shrimps. Instead of the main rib you had a small piece of pork pliers. Of course I was disappointed.

The food was absolutely delicious! The service was good, but not excellent, but it was Valentine's Day evening, such a very busy night. I also left additional instructions for a birthday message when registering for our reservation that could not be noticed. I will definitely try it again!

Was a great experience, we enjoy the food in the ambiance service is very good will come back in a while since we've been there and forgotten how good the food was.

My wife and I came to Valentine's Day dinner. The food was fantastic and the server did a great job. The problem he was overwhelmed and had too many tables. I called the restaurant and didn't hear from them yet. There was a point during our meal where 20 minutes passed from our server without check-in... mainly because he had too many tables. It is disappointing because the food was incredible, but the lack of support from management makes me very slow to come back
