We sat down at a dirty table that wasn't bussed/cleared for at least 15-20 minutes. Our waitress disappeared multiple times and rarely checked on us. (We didn't see her waiting on other tables at those times either, so we're not sure what she was doing. It took forever to get our food—which was below average—and it was only after I pointed out to another waitress that I believed our food had been sitting under the heatlamp for an extended period of time (which it had been . The “rooftop” is 2 stories up so not much of a view. If you're in Chattanooga for a short stay, I would venture out and find another restaurant.
Went on a Thursday evening, wasn't busy at all (perfect).Sweet potato special appetizer was DELICIOUS. Cheezy-noogan pizza was full of cheezy goodness. The Farm Fig pizza was unique and the goat cheese added a nice touch to it. Servers were attentive and helpful.
We were a party of seven. Waited a very, very, very long time for our food...pizzas, burgers, salad. The pizzas were terrible; the salad was greens only with a couple of cherry tomatoes and a bit of chopped onion. Period. The burgers and fries were good. Such a disappointing experience; but in the end, with the extreme delay and poor food preparation, our meals were on the house. We did leave the waitress, who was continually apologizing for our problems, a tip, since none of the shortfalls were her fault.
I came here and it was pretty empty. The spotis nice and the staff was nice as well. Their drinks are pretty good but the food was pretty mid. The pizza was too greasy and the dip was a bit too runny for my preference. I'd more so recommend coming here for drinks !
