It's Just Wings - Chattanooga

We had an exceptional time Saturday evening with our group. There were 31 adults and 2 children, service was extraordinary!!! Dominique is an OUTSTANDING worker! John, the manager, checked on us a couple of times, but we had no issues!!! Drinks were served continuously, food orders came out of the kitchen at a fast pace! We were very impressed by the professionalism and service we received at Chili 's. Since 'Covid ' the bigger 'name ' restaurant 's do not want large groups, unless you are willing to rent a room, etc.... Chili 's took us and did such a great job!! Thanks for everything!! Our group will definitely be back next year!

We walked in and got seated and then were ignored for about 5 minutes. We talked about leaving a couple of times, but gave it a few more minutes. One of the servers, Lea, noticed us and asked if we had been helped. We told her no, we were seated, promised menus and then left to ourselves. She sincerely apologized and quickly brought us menus and took great care of us turning a very poor experience into a most positive one.

We placed an order from there for lunch today and basically everything in the order was wrong and nasty. The Dr.Pepper tasted like seltzer water, the fries looked like they were tossed back in oil and reheated, I literally barely squeezed the fries and oil just poured out of them, the bone-in wings barely had any sauce on them, the boneless ones were the wrong flavor and were old and dry. We called to let them know and they blamed Doordash, don't understand how its doordashes fault that the food sucked. They tried to rectify it by saying come pick a new order up, that was after having to talk to 2 different people then having to wait to have someone call us back. We paid for delivery obviously because we couldn't come to you. That was like $11 dollars in addition to the food price to get it delivered and ow we have to come pick it up? After trying to work something out they went back to saying it would be easier to call Doordash and get them to fix it. Called Doordash gave them the same spiel and was told we would be called back. No resolve, bad food, bad customer services. Seriously ridiculous.

Chilies has been a long-standing establishment in downtown Chattanooga for more than two decades. It is disappointing to see the quality of this restaurant decline so significantly. It appears that they are aware of the negative feedback. It would not be surprising to see them close down, similar to the former Applebee's. The service is slow and apathetic, and the food is mediocre at best. It may be time to look for other dining options.
