Red Lobster - Chattolanee

Recently went to this Red Lobster with clients( This was their first time ever going to one). The service was excellent and the food was even better! It was a great experience. Our server was friendly and accommodating. Thank you Guys!

I went with my family and was told it would be a 35 minute wait....not a problem, we can wait for a table as it was Saturday night.....however.....20 minutes into our wait the hostess comes over to tell us that there is now a MANDATORY 22% gratuity on all bills. I don't mind tipping at my discretion, but will not be forced to, especially at such a high rate....we won't be going back.

The food was delicious, the cook messed up our orders but the food was still good. Our server must've been new. I like Red Lobster, and I can over the service this time. There were five in our party.
