Their communication from the start to finish was prompt and helpful. They assured me that they could adjust their menu to meet my dietary needs since their meals are freshly cooked. The food was delicious, the restaurant had a beautiful atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and would definitely return. While I would have rated them 5 stars, I reserve that for 100% vegan/vegetarian restaurants.
The vegan menu offered a wide variety of flavors and the service was excellent. We have already made a reservation to return for a family vacation.
Spencer tried really hard to accommodate us during covid .. we had a take away and it was fabulous especially the Thai basil mock
Probably the best Thai food I've ever eaten. We're staying in Brinscombe and there's not a lot going on for vegans in the land of cheese and cider. We decided to get a takeaway from ZenThai after seeing the vegan options on the menu while walking in Cheddar gorge. The owner was very friendly and helpful, more than happy to go through what is vegan/can be made vegan. Food was ready quickly and was absolutely delicious. Just sad we discovered it on our last night here!
I came here for dinner with friends recently, and was impressed! Despite being a week night, it was fairly busy, so a nice lively atmosphere... I had the Gang Ka Ri yellow curry from the Lao menu, the chef was happy to veganise it (has chicken normally and it was really tasty and filling! The staff are very friendly. There were a number of vegan options on the menu (including crispy tiger prawns made of soy protein,I didn 't try, but if I go back I 'll definitely give these a go! and dishes can be veganised if you ask nicely : it 's great that there 's a restaurant offering vegan options in this area, as every other eatery here seems to be a tea-shop or a pub serving traditionally British meals (which of course to a vegan means chips and a side salad... . Go if you 're in the area!
