Contribuisci feedbackI paid for two complete meals that were supposed to include chips and drinks, but all I received was a burrito filled with just meat and cheese, and a burrito bowl that only had avocado, meat, and cheese—nothing that I ordered. I didn’t get the chips or drinks either. They are also refusing to issue a refund. This experience has completely turned me off from this Chipotle. I would definitely recommend steering clear of this location.
I placed a delivery order at 1 PM, but it didn’t arrive until after 5:30 PM. I had to contact customer service at least five times and ended up placing the order twice. The first order was a no-show, and the second didn’t arrive until two hours later. I received refunds for both orders, but it wasted my entire day waiting for the food. When the DoorDash driver finally arrived at the restaurant, he had to wait an additional 30 minutes or more, and they STILL got my order wrong. This branch on Drum Hill Road in Chelmsford, MA, consistently provides terrible service. They seem to serve whatever they feel like, giving us only half a bowl. Where's the corn? Where's the guacamole? Where's the lettuce? Where are the fajita veggies? WHERE’S THE BURRITO??
The server was upset because she prepared my bowl incorrectly. Then, she handed me a bowl that was less than half full and rolled her eyes. I mentioned, “I only wanted one bowl with cheese, sorry,” and she became angry, tossed the other bowl away, and quickly made a new one for me. Not wanting to argue, I just took it and left.
Place was absolutely filthy. Bits of food everywhere. The people working have no idea how to wrap a burrito, it’s not a taco you have to roll it up!!! The filling of the burritos are all over where they prep food and then they sell me a fountain drink and don’t have any straws? Who’s ever managing this location should be fired. My 9 year old nephew could do a better job of running this place.
This is a terrible location. There's always issues with online ordering or the payments they accept. I just placed an order online for an 11a pick-up; when I arrived the doors were still locked despite workers being active in the store. Eventually a worker finally made eye contact with me but refused to even come to the door to speak with me because she was enjoying her own lunch. Terrible communication and terrible customer service!
