Contribuisci feedbackI ordered the chorizo egg wrap and found it to have an unpleasant taste, which I initially attributed to it being a low-quality sausage. However, I was mistaken— it was really bad! I ended up spending the entire day in the bathroom with diarrhea. Dunkin' is serving low-quality food, and it was just awful.
Terrible experience! The woman at the drive-thru around 12:30 on June 15 was extremely rude. I waited 20 minutes for just one coffee and received no apology or even eye contact—so disrespectful! I would have left, but I was stuck in line. Now, I'm worried that my iced coffee might not be safe!
I placed a pick-up order but was disappointed to find that the inside of the restaurant was closed and everyone was required to use the drive-thru. The line stretched down the street because of this. I was in a hurry, but since I had already paid for my order online, I had no choice but to wait. If inside pick-up isn’t an option, please disable it in the app. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, and I had to wait while they corrected it.
I would give this place zero stars but I have to give them 1... the service was awful. The bathrooms are disgusting, no toilet paper and when asked for some told they were busy.
I went early today to pick up a family friend and the cashier Rosa seen us talking and she refused to take my order because the worker I was talking to she has “problems” with. And the manager was okay with her refusing to take my order??? As a manager myself that it totally unacceptable!! Do better Rosa!!
