Jasmine House - Cheltenham

I always love ordering from this takeaway restaurant in Cheltenham. In my opinion, they have the best beef curry. The food is fantastic!

It does do chicken balls which most other chinese take aways don't do. Disappointingly they advertise that if you spend more than £15 and live within 3.5 miles they deliver for free. Southam is within this distance and I always spend over £15 but I am always refused free delivery, so the claim is not accurate.

Ordered a delivery at 6.00 last night 12/3/22. Had an email to say it would be delivered in 80mins, that 7.20 app. No delivery at 7.40 so I started ringing them. Rang 8 times no answer. My food was eventually delivered at 8.40, I did not accept it and sent it back. Have had delivery from them before, no problem. Shame because the food is good but obviously not there customer service, what a way to treat a customer.

Outrageous standards, 2 dead large fish floating on the top of their fish tank as soon as you walk in there, enough to put anyone off their food. Clearly cannot look after animals, would definitely not trust their hygiene in their kitchen. Absolutely disgraceful would not get your Chinese from here, walked straight out. Vile. 0 hygiene.

The customer service at this restaurant is outrageous, and the prices are overpriced. We ordered a family meal and ended up with extra dishes we didn't order, which increased the bill by £12.90. When we tried to explain the mistake, the owner was defensive and unhelpful. Despite our attempts to resolve the issue calmly, she became irate and refused to listen. It was clear that the restaurant was more concerned with making money than providing good customer service. We will not be returning and will be reporting this incident. It's a shame that such a long-standing takeout place has resorted to such dishonest practices.
